Your Submission Is Not a Query.
It Is a Formal Invitation to Negotiate.
When you submit an opportunity or request through this channel, you are engaging directly with the principals of Envico Trading. Your submission enters a secure, board overseen workflow that respects your time, your confidentiality and your institutional standing.
The Five Stage Acknowledgment Protocol:
Stage 1: Receipt and Validation
Your submission is received and logged.
Preliminary checks are conducted to ensure the submission meets our minimum criteria (principal entity, jurisdictional clarity, basic asset description).
Stage 2: Principal Review
Your submission is escalated directly to Trevor Bester (Chairperson).
A preliminary review is conducted against our strategic, commercial and jurisdictional criteria.
You will receive a personal acknowledgment from a member of the organisation, confirming our interest or providing a respectful response.
Stage 3: Mutual Non-Disclosure & Verification
Upon mutual interest, we exchange and execute a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
We conduct preliminary KYC and beneficial ownership verification on your entity.
You receive our institutional confidentiality undertakings in writing.
Stage 4: Data Room Access or Introductory Briefing
Upon successful verification, you receive secure access to our Data Room (where applicable).
We schedule a confidential introductory briefing with the organisation, either in person (at a location of your choosing) or via secure video conference.
Stage 5: Negotiation, Due Diligence and Execution (Timeline Dependent on Asset Complexity)
We conduct our full technical, financial, legal and ESG due diligence process.
We present a formal term sheet and transaction proposal.
We negotiate definitive agreements directly with your principals.
Upon execution, we manage the operational transition, permitting and regulatory approvals.
We Verify Before We Negotiate.
This Protects Both Parties.
